[Xion has a daily routine, one that she has rarely deviated from since her arrival on the Thor: wake up, make her bed, take a shower, get dressed, scan her Guide for any interesting or compelling posts. it would be one that isn't all that different from most of the others who had been whisked away from their worlds and onto the universe-hopping ship, had she not had one more activity each day: check her contact list to keep track of which friends of hers are still here.
today, she has just finished the last item on that list. it's weird, thinking that she has been on the Thor for almost three times as long as she was meant to be alive. the years have strengthened her, though, in numerous ways. the most defining of them all was the following: where she would have once been incapable of getting over the sudden wormholing of a close friend, these days, she now has the fortitude to move on with her life. while she is very grateful to have learned how to deal with that unique downside to living on the Thor, she often finds herself thinking how long it will be until she stops caring. she doubts she will ever get to that point, but she already has reached the level of "oh well. maybe they'll be back someday."
after all, it's already happened for the person she thought was her most important, and while the memory still stings, she can almost actually feel the damage the loss of her significant other caused repairing itself. surely it can't be too much longer before the apathy settles in.
(what amusement that notion would have brought to her former associates in the Organization.)
... to try and get those unfortunate thoughts out of her mind, she shakes her head and pulls out her Guide. for a second, she leans against a wall, thinking of what she should do... of course, she realizes after a moment of thought. for all the years she has spent on the Thor, only one other person who she is close to has been here just as long as she has. without any further hesitation, she brings up a certain contact on her Guide. while they are definitely close enough to warrant any sort of message, she goes for the method she thinks would be both the quickest and most convenient. she needs it now.]
Hey, Naminé? Are you busy right now?
