Riku barely makes it to the air and avoids those, quite frankly, giant paws, flitting about until he's several feet above the ground. Urgh, it's just his luck to get stuck being this small when he gets jumped. What he wouldn't give to even be just a foot tall.
He glares down at that brown form, recognizing some of the fur patterns.]
Very funny. Are you really that bored?

A little. [Her tail's still making those slow, playful swishes, though Fang's trying to keep her body language casual. This was so much different than being a gargoyle. She's much more aware of all the living creatures around—particularly the small ones—and she can't quite stop her ears from flicking back and forth, focusing on the activity of bugs and birds and unfortunately transformed faeries. For the last month, it's all suddenly been so interesting.]
Thought you of all people'd get it, bein' a cat most of the time yourself. You're small, you buzz, you're fast. It's fun to try. [Then, she stretches, paws going forward and claws digging into the dirt.] I'm not gonna hurt you, you know.

He grimaces and goes a little higher, landing on the lowest branch he could find and crossing one set of arms as he stares at the cat. Honestly, he'd love to be a manticore again if it meant not being the size of a bug.]
Yeah, I get it. But I also tried not to go after faeries either. Wouldn't want to eat my best friend.
[His wings twitch nervously. He wouldn't usually be afraid of getting pounced on, but he also hasn't advertised his... difficulty with his size yet and isn't about to either.]
Thanks but no thanks, Fang. Don't want to be grounded.
